Manufactured by Jiangxi Yihong Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd., the "Inter" distribution transformer is a versatile model suitable for inter distribution transformer, residential complexes, industrial and mining enterprises, and commercial buildings.

This distribution transformer features a rated high-voltage side of 10kV or 6kV, a low-voltage side of 0.4kV, a capacity range of 30kVA to 2500kVA, and a frequency of 50Hz. The recommended connection group is Dyn11 (which effectively mitigates three-phase imbalance), though Yyn0 is also available as an option. Cooling methods include oil-immersed natural cooling (ONAN) and dry-type natural cooling (AN); the protection class is IP20 or IP23; and the impedance voltage ranges from 4% to 6%.

Its most outstanding feature is its loss level, which meets S13 or S15 standards-thereby complying with China's Grade 1 national energy efficiency standards. Applicable standards include GB/T 6451, GB 20052, and IEC 60076. The "Inter" distribution transformer has been successfully exported to numerous countries, including Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, and Peru; last year alone, overseas sales exceeded 8 million RMB.

Our facilities are equipped with CNC punching machines, bending machines, spot welders, TIG welders, terminal crimping machines, and automatic screw-tightening machines, as well as insulation testing equipment and high-voltage withstand testers. We support OEM/ODM services and can manufacture products strictly according to client-provided drawings. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50,000 RMB, and orders may consist of a mixed assortment of different capacities or loss levels. We do not provide free samples; however, the development cycle for custom samples is 15 working days. Our team of five solution designers is available to formulate optimal installation layout plans based on specific on-site conditions.

Every product undergoes a rigorous three-stage quality inspection process before leaving the factory, including a 100% comprehensive inspection prior to packaging. We offer a one-year warranty, accept third-party inspections, and provide assistance with filing claims against logistics providers in the event of transit damage. Our payment terms consist of a 50% upfront deposit and a 50% final balance. We support EXW and FOB trade terms and accept payments in RMB, USD, and EUR. Discounts are available for large-volume orders. For export, our products are packaged using a combination of wooden crates and protective plastic film.
