We support both OEM and ODM services, allowing for production based on provided technical drawings; however, free samples are not offered, and the development lead time for customized samples is 15 business days.
Regarding quality assurance, every productr unit undergoes a rigorous three-stage quality inspection process before leaving the factory. We conduct a 100% full inspection prior to packaging, welcome third-party inspections, and provide a one-year warranty. In the event that goods arrive damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
Payment Terms: 50% upfront deposit and 50% balance payment. We support EXW and FOB trade terms and accept payments in RMB, USD, and EUR; discounts are available for large-volume orders. For export shipments, products are packaged using wooden crates and protective plastic film, clearly marked with all necessary shipping and recipient information.
