Amperage & Busbar Sizing: Match main breaker rating to incoming supply. Specify copper or tin-plated copper busbars based on temperature rise limits and ambient conditions.
Enclosure Rating: Indoor environments typically require NEMA 1 / IP54. Outdoor or corrosive installations require NEMA 4X / IP65 stainless steel construction.
Incoming & Outgoing Configuration: Main lug only (MLO) or main circuit breaker (MCB). Specify top/bottom cable entry knockouts or removable gland plates.
Short-Circuit Coordination: Verify upstream protective device coordination to ensure adequate SCCR for the installation site.
Manufacturing & Quality Control

Sheet Metal Fabrication: Trumpf CNC laser cutting and Amada bending machines maintain enclosure tolerances within +/- 0.1 mm. Seams are continuous-welded and ground flush.
Busbar Processing: CNC copper busbar punching, cutting, and bending centers ensure precise fitment inside the enclosure without mechanical stress on terminal points.
Assembly & Wiring: DIN rail mounting, component integration, and torque verification performed using calibrated pneumatic tools.
Testing & Inspection: Every panel undergoes dielectric withstand testing (hipot test at 2.5kV for 1 minute), insulation resistance measurement, and mechanical operation checks before crating.
